ZenHeal Cancer Hospital ("ZenHeal", "we") is part of ZenOnco.io. This policy explains what information we collect on zenhealcancer.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter in a form or chat: name, mobile number, preferred hospital and cancer type.
- Medical reports you upload for review, and the summary generated from them.
- Chat messages you send to our assistant, Disha.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, the page you came from and campaign tags, used for security and to understand which pages help patients.
How we use it
- To call you back, arrange a consultation or hospital visit, and answer your questions.
- To prepare a summary of uploaded reports. Reports are analysed by an AI service and the summary is for guidance only; a doctor will review your case before any treatment decision.
- To verify your mobile number with a one-time code sent by SMS or WhatsApp.
- To keep the service secure and prevent spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the ZenHeal and ZenOnco.io care team, and with service providers who help us run the service (hosting, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, AI report analysis). They may use the data only to provide that service. We do not sell personal data.
How we protect it
Uploaded reports are stored in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived links. Data travels over encrypted connections. Access is limited to staff who need it to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected] or calling 99 3070 9000.
